Well squirrels are nice if they are kept in check too. Squirrels can wreak havoc on birdfeeders and houses, and can cause significant damage to your home to include house fires.

Last winter, I started a small feeding area here in town. Not too many birds. But this year, the birds know I'm here and are coming in. And yes, I have the ever "popular" tree rats/town squirrels. I've had to put squirrel guards on all of my feeder posts or they will clean the black oil seed out in one day! I want to shoot them with my pellet gun, but the wife says, "Huh-uh!" hahahahahahaha
