Has anybody used these? I have caught 23 sparrows this year already with these.

I have used them before and they seem to work great. It's a little irritating resetting them all the time but they work fine and they're cheaper than most.

Absolutely! Check out the guys at www.sparrowtraps.net, they seem to have the best repeater on the market right now.

I had a Huber door trap. Worked great. Yes, it did get tiring having to reset it, especially after closing the box set it off, otherwise... But, that's the trap my late neighbor got the design from to build my box trap. I love those things! The sparrows, once they get used to the trap being there, will assume its the nest box, and hop right in. Throw a trash bag, with a hand-hole in the bottom, over the boxtrap, remove it from the nestbox, open the side door on the trap, reach in, grab the captive, check what it is. Release it if it's not a sparrow, separate head from shoulders if it is a sparrow. Simple as that.
